What is
Medical Ozone Therapy?

Medical ozone (a mixture of oxygen [O₂] plus trace amounts of ozone [O₃]) is generated freshly on-site using a medical-grade ozone generator and administered via one of several routes, depending on goals and clinical context. Research into ozone therapy has shown unique and promising results in support of mitochondrial function, pain and inflammation, tissue healing, endothelial function, immune-modulation, tissue oxygenation, and more.

For Internal Support

Medical ozone therapy can be used internally to gently stimulate the body’s natural antioxidant and immune defenses. When administered systemically via a technique known as major autohemotherapy (mixing a small amount of your own blood with a gentle anticoagulant and medical ozone, then re-infusing it), it supports healthy oxygen utilization, cellular energy production, and balanced inflammatory responses. This helps optimize metabolism, recovery, and resilience from the inside out, powerfully complementing nutrition, fasting, movement, and other lifestyle therapies.

For Musculoskeletal Support

Ozone therapy can be applied locally to joints, muscles, and tendons, to promote healing and reduce inflammation. When carefully injected into or around affected areas, ozone enhances oxygen delivery, supports tissue repair, and helps modulate pain signals. This gentle yet powerful approach can complement physical therapy, movement rehabilitation, and nutrition-based anti-inflammatory strategies to improve mobility, accelerate recovery, and restore musculoskeletal function.
